A little monkey wearing a tiny shearling coat and diapers was spotted scuttling around the parking lot of an IKEA in Toronto Sunday afternoon, CBC News reports. Eyewitnesses called the authorities after the animal was spotted running about, "screaming," according to shoppers.
Animal control agents eventually captured the monkey, which, as it turns out, belongs to a couple who were shopping at the furniture store. The animal had apparently gotten out of its crate, and its owners' car. "It's a smart monkey," Toronto Police Sergeant Ed Dzingala told CBC News.
The monkey was eventually reunited with its owners.
